众所周知，我国铁路总里程以突破10万公里，然而还是巨亏。究其原因，不言而喻，入不敷出。投资过快，消耗大，收入低，且乘坐拥挤，美国3亿多人口，铁路总里程却是我们的2倍多，我们的人口是美国的5倍左右，这样的比例实在太不协调，如果总里程能迅速达到25万公里，我国的出行将是非常舒适的。

        铁路事业发展缓慢，最大的原因就是资金困局，投入产出比不协调，国家整体经济还在发展中，所以造成如此格局。我国铁路沿线有大量的闲置土地，未得到利用，如果能将这部分土地利用好，使其转化为有高性价比经济来源的土地，就会加快投资周期，加快完成总里程25万公里的速度。

        《企祉蓝》风力发电机组，如果实现在铁路沿线全面安装，可以说是一个超级风力发电场。按照1公里2万千瓦／时×15小时×300天×11万公里=9·9万亿度电。即使仅在目前的铁路沿线全部安装，也是近10万亿度电的年供应量，是我国现有年用电总量的近2倍，如此大的产出比，可以迅速投资铁路建设，建设同时增加发电机组。达到25万公里总量，我们的超级风力发电场就可以有20万亿度以上的年发电量。期间我国就可以实现关停所有热电厂，我们的生存环境将是无比的优化。达到最终发电量时可以大量出口电力资源给周边国家，换取外汇。

       如此，我可断言，铁路将永远没有亏损一说，我国公民在国内出行乘坐铁路电力机车将是非常廉价的。
